The Opportunity

Clearwater Wealth Management provides a sophisticated Academy programme for individuals to work alongside a highly successful Partner offering a seamless service of distinct quality, professionalism and expertise across all aspects of wealth management, supported by St. James's Place. The Academy programme will require commitment for the following:

• A commitment to passing exams at regular intervals.
• Producing personal/professional development plans
• Attending regular plenary professional development sessions
• Attending bespoke 1-2-1 development plan progress review & coaching meetings.
